You have 7(Seven) days from the date of delivery to return your item if it meets the criteria for a return.
Condition
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all original packaging, labels, and protective coverings in place. The product must be free from scratches, marks, or any kind of damage.
Exclusions
Customized items or watches that have been adjusted or altered per customer request cannot be returned.

Package your item securely and send it back to us using the shipping method advised in our return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

We will review your return request and, if approved, send you a return authorization over email along with instructions on how to return your item.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment, excluding any shipping costs, within 7-10 business days of receiving the return.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process to return the original item and place a new order for the item you would like instead. This ensures the fastest turnaround time for receiving your new item.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at +8801972863484. We will arrange for a return and replacement at no additional cost to you. Please report these issues within 7 days of receiving your order.
Shipping Costs for Returns
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or the wrong item was sent. In such cases, Prime Wrist will cover the cost of return shipping.
